From Forestry to Property studies, I knew right there and then that my interest in properties will greatly influence my future career path.

In the year of 2018, I obtained a National Diploma in Real Estate from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, South Africa.

Soon after my graduation, I began my career at Capval, which is a company that specializes in property valuations.

Capval has so far provided opportunities that have enabled me to enhance my understanding of internationally recognized and practical property valuation methods. Furthermore, Capval has provided the platform for mentorship by several professionals with more than 20 years’ experience in the area, thus further improving my skills in valuations.

To emphasize my interest in property valuation, I am now a Candidate Valuer, supported by renowned professionals in property valuations.
