I am a registered Professional Valuer and have been in the valuation / property profession for 20 years+.

My academic qualifications were obtained from my alma mater Stellenbosch University, where I obtained a B.Comm Hons, and thereafter on a part time basis, an MBA.

My working experience commenced at the local authority where after I moved on to various financial institutions. I enjoyed a 6 year sabbatical from the valuations field, during which I obtained invaluable experience as a corporate banker in commercial property finance for one of the big 5 financial institutions.

In 2003 I was called back into the valuation profession and founded Capval.
