Meet Kamvelihle Zulu

From small-town roots of Pietermaritzburg to the bustling streets of the big city Cape Town, I’m navigating my way, one day at a time.

I started off at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where I obtained my Diploma in Real Estate.  During my final year of studies I was fortunate enough to join Capval. Now, as a graduate, I’m thrilled to have been granted an opportunity to transition into a permanent role, surrounded by empowering Professional Valuers who’ve welcomed me into their inspiring world.

Each step has brought me new experiences, great mentorship, challenges, and discoveries, which have shaped me into the confident Candidate Valuer I am becoming.

Embracing the pace, diversity, and opportunities, I’m making this vibrant city my own, one adventure at a time. I look forward to having iKamva-Elihle with CapVal which translates to “reflecting the hope for a bright and picturesque future with CapVal”.
